Partnership - What it means

The WHV Michigan Partnership recognizes the unique needs of America’s Veterans and their families. We support the national WHV program by focusing specifically on building WHV programs at hospices throughout Michigan.  We appreciate our unique partnership with the Michigan Veterans Administration, and Community organizations so that veterans are not forgotten.

We focus our efforts to build and empower hospices and community organizations in Michigan to meet the unique needs of America’s Veterans and their families by offering guidance, support, mentorship, and collaboration to help hospices build strong veteran programs so that Veterans can be guided toward a more peaceful ending.

Any hospice or interested veteran organization is welcome to be involved with the Michigan We Honor Veterans Statewide Partnership.  Please join in serving those who have served us.
